About Sobriety & Wellbeing

Experience, Understanding and Support That Feels Personal

Sobriety & Wellbeing was created to offer a more human approach to coordinating alcohol home detox and supporting early recovery.

We understand that talking about your drinking can be difficult. You will be given the time and space to speak openly about what is happening.

Diane Monahan, founder of Sobriety & Wellbeing

Meet Our Founder — Diane Monahan

Sobriety & Wellbeing was founded by Diane Monahan, who brings more than ten years’ professional experience supporting individuals and families affected by addiction.

Before establishing Sobriety & Wellbeing, Diane worked within community addiction services and residential rehabilitation. Her experience includes several years providing aftercare and helping people adjust to life in recovery.

Diane also brings her own experience of long-term recovery. This gives her a genuine understanding of the challenges involved in stopping drinking and making lasting changes.

Her professional background and lived experience shape the values behind Sobriety & Wellbeing and the way it works with clients.

Diane continues to play an active role in the service, working alongside other professionals where their support is appropriate.
